Bt8 Terms & Conditions – Your Guide to Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

Welcome to bt8 – a Sports Betting and online casino platform operating under the domain bt8.express. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and bt8 as the platform operator ("bt8", "we", "platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing and using any part of the bt8 platform, you are deemed to have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form part of this document.

Bt8 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience for all players in Malaysia. These terms are not meant to burden you — they exist to ensure every member understands their rights and responsibilities, and to protect everyone who uses this platform.

Use of the bt8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity or third party
• Has never previously been banned or blocked from using bt8
• Opening an account voluntarily and free from any coercion
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using false information
• Understanding that betting involves financial risk and may result in losses

Bt8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a minor or using false information will be suspended immediately, and the account balance will be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the bt8 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited, and bt8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a strong password. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current — please contact the bt8 support team if any of your details change.

Bt8 uses OTP (One-Time Password) verification via a Malaysian phone number to secure the registration process. Never share your OTP code with anyone – bt8 will never ask for your OTP through any communication channel.

All financial transactions on the bt8 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). bt8 does not accept or process any transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees apply, as all payments are made in RM from start to finish.

Processing times are estimates. Withdrawals made late at night or on public holidays may take slightly longer depending on the banking system.

Bt8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving withdrawals of RM 10,000 or more, or in cases where unusual account activity is detected. Documents typically required include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport. This process is a standard security measure to protect players against fraud and money laundering.

The same payment method used for a deposit must be used for withdrawals, unless otherwise directed by the bt8 team. This is an industry-standard policy to prevent money laundering.

The bt8 platform offers Sports Betting across more than 30 categories, including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia football, BWF championship badminton, IPL and T20 cricket, MPL MY and DOTA 2 e-sports, NBA, Grand Slam tennis, Formula 1, UFC, and many more. Each sports category has specific bet settlement rules that can be referenced in the Betting Guide section of the platform.

Confirmed Bets Are Final: Once a bet is confirmed in the bt8 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. bt8 reserves the right to void a confirmed bet only under exceptional circumstances, such as a clear technical error in the odds display, a match being fully cancelled, or a bet being accepted after an event has started without system authorisation.

Bet Settlement: bt8 uses official results issued by the relevant sports governing bodies as the basis for settling all bets. For football, this refers to the result at full time (90 minutes), excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless otherwise stated in the relevant market.

Bt8 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on certain markets or for specific members for risk management purposes. bt8's decisions regarding betting limits are final.

Bt8's live casino table games – including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, dragon tiger, and casino hold'em – are conducted in accordance with international standard casino game rules. All live games are streamed live from licensed studios with trained human dealers.

The outcome of each round in a live game is final once the dealer announces and confirms it. Any dispute regarding a game result must be supported by video recording of the session, which bt8 retains for a minimum of 90 days.

Bt8 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a licensed third party for all non-live format games. Audit certificates are available upon request through the customer support channel.

Bt8 offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive VIP programme rewards. Wagering Requirement: All bonuses received must meet the minimum wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. Bt8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. bt8's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and award are final.

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between bt8 and you as a member. bt8 invests in 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all transaction data and personal information flowing through our platform. That said, there are responsibilities on your end that you need to uphold as well.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone
• Log out of your account after every session on a shared device
• Notify bt8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service
• Enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) provided by bt8

Bt8 will never ask for your password, OTP, or bank card details via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request claiming to be from bt8, it is a phishing attempt – please report it to our support team immediately and do not provide any information.

Bt8's use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Policy. bt8 does not sell or rent members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all bt8 members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Multiple account registrations by a single individual
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Bonus abuse through systematic bonus arbitrage techniques
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Using insider information or non-public information for betting purposes
• Any attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt bt8's systems
• Money laundering or the use of funds derived from illegal activities
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

Bt8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasons including violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from relevant authorities, or to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of other members.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bt8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through the violating conduct. The original deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of the completion of the investigation, unless there is a legal basis for withholding it.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the bt8 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

Bt8 strives to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, as with any technology platform, technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Bt8 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of:

• Disruptions to the user's internet or network connection
• Errors in betting decisions made by the member
• Delays in receiving sports information that are beyond bt8's control
• Loss of account access due to a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure
• Betting losses arising from legitimate and correct sports results

Bt8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount (less withdrawals) made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Bt8 is fully committed to a responsible gaming culture. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a financial burden or problem for our members.

The following self-management tools are available within every bt8 account and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits
• Bet limits per match or per session
• Daily or weekly loss limits
• Temporary cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months
• Long-term self-exclusion ranging from 6 months to lifetime
• Full account deactivation upon member request

Once a limit set by a member takes effect, it is immediate. Members may not request an increase to their limit within 7 days of setting it. Limit reductions, however, take effect immediately with no waiting period.

Bt8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect after notice is given to members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amendment's effective date, unless the change is required urgently for security or legal compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the bt8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. bt8 operates under a valid licence and complies with all relevant compliance requirements for the operation of a betting platform within permitted jurisdictions.

Should any dispute or complaint arise regarding the use of the bt8 platform, members are encouraged to contact the bt8 customer support team first as the initial step toward resolution. bt8 is committed to resolving all valid complaints within 5 business days after the complaint is received.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through bt8's support channels, members may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body appointed by bt8. Details of the ADR body are available upon request via email at support@bt8.express.
